# Mint details

888 Islands will be minted.\
The team will keep 88 Islands for friends, family, Marketing.

We will use 5-10% of the initial mint funds to Market the project in different channels that will be explained further later into the project.

Initial mint funds will be used for \
up to 13 ETH - 10% Create the iGLD coin liquid.\
up to 13 ETH - 10% Create a marketing plan for the property minting.\
up to 19.9 ETH - 15% Buy Graphics/Coder help. 3D artist for furniture and Contract coder for the Split earnings.\
up to 6.66 ETH - 5% Create a legal company \
up to 13 ETH - 10% Server and Hardware costs 5 Year plan Google cloud.\
up to 66 ETH - 50% Initial funding repayment

The next mint after Islands would be Property.\
That mint is kind of a Tokengated property management and would cost\
0.05 Private property type\
0.08 Office property type\
0.08 Entertainment property type\
0.1 Commercial property type

There will be 

20% X 20 Properties 89 = 1780 Properties

30% X 15 Properties 266 = 3990 Properties

60% X 10 Properties 533 = 5330 Properties<br>

11100 Properties\
Depending on what people mint for property type deed the inbound fee for this can range between 555ETH to 1110ETH\
25% of this goes back to the island owner (Up 277ETH if fully minted Commercial properties however Owners get what mints on the individual Island that owner has Island Deed for)<br>

After this there will be a Free mint of Floorplans.\
Private and Office types can have a maximum of 5 floors and mint is for complete building.\
Entertainment type will have different types of entertaining functions like a scene or a Discord channel streaming.\

Commercial property can mint 10 individual floorplans that can be sold individual or rented out for iGLD per hour/week/month

For example - if you want an apartement on a metaverse island to have your own private chatroom / Gallery when there is a fun event on a island - You might be able to rent that from a commercial property owner.

Each Floorplan is a Chatroom and can be tokengated or locked in different ways.\
The Building owner can setup a tokengated access to the room - The Building owner can decide certain ERC20 or ERC721 Tokens as access tokens.\
Ie. if you want to throw a party for Goblintown holders or BAYC owners you would just let the room manager be configured with the certain Token address/addresses.\ <br>
