Microstay

Your automated small vacation

The Microstay is a fully selfcontained and automated Stay build of old shipping containers. We will use Shipping container to build the frame of a fully automated microstay home. It will include a custom bed/sofa, small kitchen and minibar aswell as a TV, Internet connection and a relaxing rooftop garden. These containers can easily be setup and rented automatically. When you want to book a stay you will automatically be handed a virtual Key for a Partnering Lock company App. This key will unlock the Microstay home at the dates you have book. If you need more than one Key you can add another phonenumber to be able to use as key. When your stay is over the cleaning company is automatically scheduled for a small clean at that date. If you choose to buy from the minibar you can accept to pay with $igld, ETH or Fiat.

The first Microstay location will have the first ever RelaXR where you will be free to use the relaxing VR/AR features. The Microstay Location will also include a small Office Container with a bookable Conference Container. These spots can also be booked free of charge if you stay at one of the Microstays.

40% of your stay can be payed with $igld aquired from Uncharted reality game or staking. If the Microstay is unbooked it can be 100% payed with $iGLD if the booking is less than 24hours from time of booking.

This way we ensure that we get a cashflow to the operation even in fiat. However, this will be kept to a barely minimal operationcost due to the fact that almost everything is automated. There will be staff handling the Microwork&Micromeet and RelaXR stay.

We will make Microstay Resorts with 10-20 Container homes aswell as small Off-The-Grid Microstays for the thrill seeking or Entreprenuers that are seeking the Relax/Work environment. The OTG Microstays can be booked per week only. Some locations might require a Helicopter fee that is not included in the stay.
