# Yoga

The Mindful Zones on a island wil also let you stream Yoga instructions on infoscreens.\
You will also be able to host live Yoga sessions where we have hired a Yoga instructor and let them virtually instruct with a advanced mocap setup.\

You will be able to join these sessions on a island retreat. There will be centralized island chat moderators that handles any questions during the sessions.\
\
These Yoga sessions can be followed trough your own game session onscreen or if you prefer using your VR Headset.
