Uncharted Reality will be a 888 Generative Island Metaverse projects. Each NFT represents an Metaverse Island with different layout accessible in our Unity 3D technology Metaverse application. Here you will be able to roam around your own island. This project contains 2 NFT collections and one Currency Token collection to start with. There will be internal collections for access tokens, 3D assets and music. Uncharted reality sets out to be a expansive Hyper immersive Metaverse with Own 2 Earn possibilities. The islands will be generated in World Creator and will be set in different tiers discussed later. Each island will hold 10-20 Plots of land that can be built with Archviz technology. The plots will be minted too and the island owner will get a 25% of all income from the plots first and 2.5% from all secondary sales. Example. If you buy one of the 888 initial island mints you will atleast be getting 10 plots that can be minted. If you mint the plots yourself you will have a full island to build your metaverse experience on - All with a 25% cashback. If you decide to either place a plot on voucher mint or public mint you will get small houses on your island that generates 25% of the plot mint price directly to your wallet. The contract will give the current island owner wallet 25% of the mint when the plot mints and add that wallet to the future sales of that plot. Each plot can be used to either place ready made floorplans or make your own floorplan. Each floorplan can be minted from our floorplan creator.

The plots can be rented out to people needing a metaverse experience or Gallery in a relaxing Island habitat. The plot renting will be done in project Tokenomics value (The iGLD tokens are not considered Security) The Archviz furniture placement will be done with Tokens. All furniture is ingame only - At the moment we do not plan to do NFT furniture due to licensing limitations.
